During Ratan tata's chairmanship of 21 years, sales grew over forty times, and profit, over 50 times.
As a whole, the income of the organization massively came from commodities and services that he newly introduced worldwide.
As he moved up through departments and divisions, he endured to look complications and had more possibility to do something about it.
Upon assuming management of the conglomerate, tata aggressively sought to increase it, and increasingly he targeted globalizing its corporations.

Ratan tata set a perfect instance of generosity and leadership during the 26/11 attacks.
Unarmed he stood all alone out of doors the Taj and supervised the activities to assist the sufferers.
He showcased his humane gesture by escaping families out of terror.
He left no stone unturned to remedy the sufferers and even asked the households and dependents what they wanted him to do.
Ratan tata becomes a prominent leader with a strong vision and superior inner qualities that also reflect generosity to society.
